This week we decided no grocery shopping and only making things we had in our freezer or fridge. This became a creative way to plan out what we were to cook for the week. I noticed we had a half a bag of frozen shrimp to use up and some green beans from the farmers market, my mind went to a rice bowl.
This shrimp is crunchy and crispy smothered in a rich sweet and spicy chili sauce. Plated with fluffy white rice and sesame garlic green beans topped with scallions was the perfect quick, weeknight dinner.
