This pumpkin bread recipe has GOT to be one of my favorites! Its super moist and the white chocolate melts into the batter as it bakes in the oven. Topped with an oat streusel it pairs perfecting with a cup of tea of coffee in the morning!
If you don't have pumpkin pie spice you can make your own by combining: 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/4 tsp ground ginger, 1/8 tsp ground cloves. You can also double or triple this recipe to save for later baked goodies!
